24 Miss. Code. R. § 8-2-4 - State Board of Mental Health (Board)
A. During the
administrative appeal process, an Applicant or a Participant may appeal the
decision of the Executive Director to the State Board of Mental Health. See
Chapter 4, Section 6, pp. 18-19.
B.
During the disciplinary appeal process, a Licensee may appeal the decision of
the Executive Director to the State Board of Mental Health. See Chapter 8,
Section 5, p. 32.
