24 Miss. Code. R. § 8-5-3 - Renewal Application Review
A. Each complete
renewal application will be subject to the review of the Professional Licensure
and Certification Review Board and the review and approval/disapproval of the
Executive Director of the Department of Mental Health.
B. Each Licensee will receive written
notification of the results of the review process regarding their renewal
application within sixty (60) days of the Review Board meeting.
