24 Miss. Code. R. § 8-6-2 - General Provisions
A. All fees paid
related to DMH professional certification/licensure are
nonrefundable.
B. Fees shall be
paid in full with a check or money order made payable to the Mississippi
Department of Mental Health.
C. No
application for professional licensure, application for renewal of professional
licensure or registration for reexamination shall be considered complete unless
accompanied by the required fees.
