7 Miss. Code. R. 34-H-300.804 - Eligibility
A State is eligible for a grant under section 619 of IDEA if the State
(a) Is eligible under 612 of
IDEA to receive a grant under Part B of IDEA;
and
(b) Makes FAPE available to all
children with disabilities, aged three (3) through five
(5), residing in the State.
