Mont. Admin. r. 24.183.503 - APPLICATION REFERENCES

(1) The applicant shall arrange for the submission of completed reference forms as described in 37-67-305 and/or 37-67-308, MCA. The application must include a reference form, which the applicant shall provide to the references listed on the application. The reference form must be received directly from the applicant's references.

(2) The board will accept a reference form only when it is fully completed and bears the signature of the reference. All completed and signed reference forms must be received before the board will take action on the application.
