Nev. Admin. Code § 379.050 - Considerations for allocation of money
In determining the allocation of money received from this state or the Federal Government, the state library and archives administrator will consider whether the governing authority of a public library has:
1. Approved and carried out the program of certification set forth in NAC 379.020, 379.030 and 379.040;
2. Adopted and carried out an alternative program of certification; or
3. Made a good faith effort to meet the standards for public libraries developed by the state library and archives administrator pursuant to NRS 378.083.
