Nev. Admin. Code § 430A.010 - Definitions

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. "Action plan" has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 430A.015.

2. "At-risk community" has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 430A.020.

3. "Department" means the Department of Health and Human Services.

4. "Director" means the Director of the Department.

5. "Family resource center" has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 430A.040.

6. "Family resource center council" has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 430A.045.
