Nev. Admin. Code § 445A.258 - Consistency of discharges with terms and conditions of permit; expansion of facilities, increase in production or modification of process
1. All discharges authorized by the permit
must be consistent with the terms and conditions of the permit. Facility
expansions, production increases or process modifications which result in any
new or increased discharges of pollutants must be reported by submitting a new
permit application or, if the discharge does not violate effluent limitations
specified in the permit, by submitting to the Director a notice of new or
increased discharges of pollutants.
2. The discharge of any pollutant not
identified and authorized by the permit or the discharge of any pollutant more
frequently than or at a level in excess of that identified and authorized by
the permit constitutes a violation of the terms and conditions of the
permit.
