Nev. Admin. Code § 445A.330 - Effect of provisions on Division, municipality
NAC 445A.305 to 445A.340, inclusive, does not:
1. Require the Division to finance or
construct any facility or structure needed to carry out a plan of best
practices;
2. Affect the
responsibility of a municipality to develop and enforce such best practices;
or
3. Prevent the municipality from
requesting that the responsibility for administering the program be returned to
it if the Director determines that the municipality has the necessary money and
staff to administer the program effectively.
