Nev. Admin. Code § 445A.694 - "Conventional" defined
"Conventional," as used to describe a method of treating wastewater, means a process or technique for the treatment of wastewater at a centralized treatment plant by means of a biological, physical or chemical unit process followed by direct point source discharge to surface waters.
