Nev. Admin. Code § 446.567 - Walls and ceilings: Attachments
1. Attachments to
walls and ceilings, including, without limitation, light fixtures, mechanical
room ventilation system components, vent covers, wall-mounted fans, decorative
items and other attachments, must be easily cleanable.
2. In a consumer area, wall and ceiling
surfaces and decorative items and attachments that are provided for ambience
need not meet the requirement set forth in subsection 1 if such items and
attachments are kept clean.
