Nev. Admin. Code § 446.753 - Wastewater systems

1. Liquid waste
must be stored in a waste retention tank that has at least 15 percent more
capacity than the water tank. The bottom of the waste retention tank must be
sloped to a drain.
2. All liquid
waste must be retained on the mobile unit until emptied and flushed into an
approved dump station, in a manner approved by the health authority.
3. A waste retention tank with an outlet for
overflow is prohibited.
4. The
wastewater system must be operable under all climatic conditions, including
subfreezing temperatures.
