Nev. Admin. Code § 446.756 - Handwashing and toilet facilities

1. A separate
handwashing sink must be provided in a mobile unit and include the following:
(a) An adequate amount of warm, running
potable water under pressure from an approved source;
(b) Pump soap; and
(c) Individual paper towels that are
accessible and available for food handlers and other employees at all
times.
2. The
requirements for handwashing may be waived or modified when foods served are
limited to fully wrapped, prepackaged foods.
3. Toilet facilities for food employees must
be available and readily accessible along the route.
4. Documentation that the toilet facilities
described in subsection 3 are available for use must be submitted to the health
authority upon request.
