Nev. Admin. Code § 446.960 - Instruction or training of operator when anaerobic process or result involved

If a food processing establishment processes any canned food with a low level of acidity or any other food that involves an anaerobic process or result, the operator of the establishment must complete a certified course of instruction or training that has been approved by the health authority.
