Nev. Admin. Code § 453A.Sec. 162 - NEW
1. A marijuana establishment agent engaged in the extraction of concentrated marijuana or production of marijuana products shall not have contact with exposed, finished marijuana products with his or her bare hands and shall use suitable utensils, including, without limitation, deli tissue, spatulas, tongs, single-use gloves or dispensing equipment when handling exposed, finished concentrated marijuana or marijuana products.
2. A marijuana establishment agent engaged in the extraction of concentrated marijuana or production of marijuana products shall minimize bare hand and arm contact with exposed marijuana products that are not in a finished form.
