Nev. Admin. Code § 453A.Sec. 82 - NEW
1. Within 10 days after the issuance of a license pursuant to section 80 or 81 of this regulation, the applicant shall pay the initial licensing fee of:
(a) For a marijuana cultivation facility, $30,000.
(b) For a marijuana distributor, $15,000.
(c) For a marijuana product manufacturing facility, $10,000.
(d) For a marijuana testing facility, $15,000.
(e) For a retail marijuana store, $20,000.
2. If an applicant fails to pay the initial licensing fee required by subsection 1 within the 10-day period, the Department will revoke the license.
