Nev. Admin. Code § 459.010 - Definitions

As used in NAC 459.010 to 459.950, inclusive, and sections 5 to 12, inclusive of this regulation, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NAC 459.012 to 459.116, inclusive, and sections 5 and 6 of this regulation have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
