Nev. Admin. Code § 459.142 - Severability

If any of the provisions of NAC 459.010 to 459.950, inclusive, or any application thereof to any person, thing or circumstance is held invalid, it is intended that such invalidity not affect the remaining provisions, or their application, that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.
