Nev. Admin. Code § 477.917 - Existing buildings and structures: Alterations, repairs, additions or changes of occupancy

1. The International Existing Building Code, 2018 edition, will be used to determine whether an alteration, repair, addition or change of occupancy of an existing building or structure must comply with the requirements for a new building or structure.
2. Structures existing before November 1, 1994, must comply with the requirements set forth in section 1301.2 of the International Existing Building Code, 2018 edition.
