Nev. Admin. Code § 490.127 - Definitions

As used in NAC 490.127 to 490.146, inclusive, and sections 2 to 5, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NAC 490.1275 to 490.133, inclusive, and sections 2 and 3, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
