Nev. Admin. Code § 503.005 - Applicability

The provisions of NAC 503.005 to 503.104, inclusive, and section 3 of this regulation do not apply to any species or subspecies of wildlife that was classified before June 1, 1992, unless that species or subspecies is being reclassified pursuant to a regulation of the Commission.
