Nev. Admin. Code § 504.150 - Restrictions on lease of concession site

The Department may lease a concession site in a wildlife management area to any person if the lease is not:

1. Detrimental to the wildlife management area or the best interest of the public; or

2. In conflict with any lease or agreement setting aside the wildlife management area.
