Nev. Admin. Code § 504.820 - Application; contents

On or after May 1 but before July 1 of each year, an applicant for a grant must submit to the Commission the original and three copies of a completed application on the form prescribed by the Commission. The application must contain:

1. All relevant details of the project and additional information which demonstrates how the project will promote the preservation of wild horses;

2. A statement of the applicant's qualifications and commitment to the preservation of wild horses; and

3. A statement that the applicant is not a member of and has no affiliation with an organization opposed to the preservation of wild horses.
