Nev. Admin. Code § 534.243 - "Well Driller's Report" defined
"Well Driller's Report" means the log and record of work for a drilled, plugged or rehabilitated well required to be submitted to the State Engineer pursuant to NRS 534.170 and NAC 534.340.
