Nev. Admin. Code § 616B.573 - Payment of claim with immediately negotiable instrument
1. An association shall issue all payments
for claims, including payments made pursuant to an annuity, on instruments that
are immediately negotiable in this State pursuant to
NRS
687B.255.
2. The Commissioner may withdraw the
certification of an association that does not comply with subsection
1.
