Nev. Admin. Code § 683A.211 - Correspondence, extension or self-study course
1. A
correspondence, extension or self-study course may be approved by the Division
if:
(b) The student has quick and easy access to
the sponsor or instructor of the course; and
(c) The student must pass a final examination
at the end of the course to receive credit and the examination is directly
supervised by the sponsor, instructor or his or her representative.
2. The Division shall determine
the equivalent number of hours of instruction in the classroom allowed for each
approved correspondence, extension or self-study course.
