Nev. Admin. Code § 683A.718 - Effect of violation

A violation of any provision of NAC 683A.716 is:

1. An unfair method of competition or an unfair or deceptive act or practice in the business of insurance in violation of NRS 686A.020.
2. A cause for disciplinary action pursuant to NRS 683A.451.
