Nev. Admin. Code § 706.4019 - Administrative fines: Remedy not exclusive
The provisions of NAC 706.4008 to 706.4019, inclusive, do not preclude the commencement or pursuit of any additional remedies for the commission of the acts upon which an administrative proceeding is based.
