N.H. Admin. Code § Int 201.01 - Purpose
In order to secure a just, efficient and accurate resolution, it is the board's objective to acquire sufficient information to make fair and reasoned decisions on matters within its statutory jurisdiction, including decisions on applications for licensure and complaints filed against licensees.
