N.H. Admin. Code § Int 212.03 - Action on Petitions
(a) The petitioner shall provide such further
information or participate in such evidentiary or other proceedings as the
board directs after reviewing the petition and any replies received.
(b) The board shall issue a ruling on the
petition within 90 days after the petition is filed.
