N.H. Admin. Code § Pos 601.02 - Purpose and Scope of Program

(a) The New Hampshire incentive program, RSA 188-D:10-13, has been designed to provide increased, equal access and choice for deserving, needy New Hampshire residents seeking the benefits of postsecondary education/training.

(b) Grants shall not exceed $5,000. The payment schedule shall be set annually by the commission. The awards to New Hampshire institutions shall be uniform. The awards to out-of-state institutions shall be uniform and not exceed that awarded to New Hampshire institutions.

(c) Grants shall not exceed "financial need" as defined in Pos 601.02(k).

(d) Grants shall not be used to replace institutional aid and shall be considered an outside scholarship.

(e) The New Hampshire incentive program shall be conducted under the rules adopted by the commission.
