N.J. Admin. Code § 8:21-10.7 - Examination of milk and fluid milk products

(a) Section 6. "The Examination of Milk and Milk Products" of the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance is adopted with the following additional requirements:

1. References to Section 3. of the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance regarding the suspension/revocation of permits will be accomplished pursuant to N.J.S.A. 24:10-57.8 and the Administrative Procedure Act, N.J.S.A. 52:14B-1 et seq. and the Uniform Administrative Procedure Rules, N.J.A.C. 1:1.
