Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 16, Certification, was readopted as R.1985 d.266 through d.278, effective 5/7/1985. See: 17 N.J.R. 1403(b) through 1407(a). Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66, Chapter 16 expired on 5/7/1990.
