CHAPTER HISTORICAL NOTE:
Chapter 17, Importation of Plants and Plant Material, was adopted and became effective prior to 9/1/1969. Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), an expiration date of May 31, 1996 was established by R.1991 d.317, effective May 31 1991. See: 23 N.J.R. 1966(a).
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 17, Importation of Plants and Plant Material, was readopted as R.1996 d.300, effective 5/31/1996. As part of R.1996 d.300, Subchapter 4, Vegetable Plants from Florida, Subchapter 5, Vegetable Plants from Georgia, Subchapter 6, Tomato Transplants, and Subchapter 7, Pepper Transplants, were repealed and Subchapter 4, Tomato Plants, and Subchapter 5, Pepper Plants, were adopted as new rules, effective 7/1/1996. Subchapter 2, Golden Nematode, was recodified as N.J.A.C. 2:20-1by R.1997 d.212, effective 5/19/1997. See: 29 N.J.R. 719(a), 29 N.J.R. 2265(a).
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 17, Importation of Plants and Plant Material, was readopted as R.2001 d.206, effective 5/24/2001. See: 33 N.J.R. 1062(a), 33 N.J.R. 2079(a).
Chapter 17, Importation of Plants and Plant Material, was readopted as R.2006 d.423, effective 11/8/2006. See: 38 N.J.R. 2767(a), 38 N.J.R. 4993(a).
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1b, Chapter 17, Importation of Plants and Plant Material, was scheduled to expire on 11/8/2013. See: 43 N.J.R. 1203(a).
