Chapter 76, State Agriculture Development Committee, Subchapters 1 through 24 were readopted, effective 10/2/2023. Subchapter 27, Winery Special Occasion Events on Preserved Farmland, was not readopted, as P.L. 2014, c. 16, set forth that the statutory authority for the pilot program for the winery events was set to expire on 3/1/2018 P.L. 2018, c. 30extended the pilot program expiration date to May 30, 2020, which has expired. Accordingly, Subchapter 27 will not be readopted, and will be reserved. See: Source and Effective Date.
