N.M. Code R. § 6.30.7.2 - SCOPE
This rule applies to local education agencies (LEAs) (public school districts including high schools, charter schools and state-supported schools), and bureau of Indian education-funded high schools), high school students who attend secondary schools, and public postsecondary institutions in New Mexico. Districts and public postsecondary institutions are required to implement rules no later than the beginning of the 2008-2009 school year.
