N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 3§ 2.13 - Extension of time
The Banking Board, or such member or members as it may designate, may extend the time for the commencement or continuance of any hearing before the Banking Board, or for the service and filing of any paper or document authorized or required by this Part to be filed with the Banking Board.
