Ohio Admin. Code 3701-21-02.6 - Procedures for resolving disputes between licensors and license holders
A license holder may request a meeting with Ohio department of health on a licensor's
proposed action regarding a
the food service
operation, if the license holder believes that
the action is in conflict with this chapter or any
provision of Chapter 3717. of the Revised Code or the rules adopted under it
applicable to food service operations. The license
