Ohio Admin. Code 3701-21-22 - Food choking
(A)
The director of health shall
will provide standards detailing first aid
techniques designed and intended for use by a person without medical training
in removing food which has become lodged in the throat of a choking victim.
The director shall provide the standards by printing
them for distribution.
(B)
The food service operation shall
will ensure that the standards are readily
accessible to the public and the employees of the food service
operation.
