Ohio Admin. Code 3701-83-31 - Equipment and supplies - inpatient rehabilitation facilities

(A) The Each inpatient rehabilitation facility shall have equipment and supplies of a the type and quantity sufficient to meet the needs of individual patients and to provide services in accordance with rule 3701-83-26 of the Administrative Code.

(B) The Each inpatient rehabilitation facility shall maintain all equipment and supplies, including such equipment and supplies not used for rehabilitation purposes, in a safe and sanitary manner.

(C) The Each inpatient rehabilitation facility shall develop, maintain, and implement a preventive maintenance plan for all rehabilitation equipment, designed to assure that the rehabilitation equipment is maintained in a safe manner. The preventive maintenance plan shall include periodic cleaning, adjustment and inspection of all rehabilitation equipment in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
