Ohio Admin. Code 3701-83-50 - Quality assessment and performance improvement program - freestanding radiation therapy centers
As part of the quality assessment and performance improvement program requirements under paragraph (C) of rule 3701-83-12 of the Administrative Code, each freestanding radiation therapy center shall evaluate the provision of radiation therapy services. The review shall include:
(A)
A review of case
management and treatment results; and
(B)
A review of
complications and adverse events which occurred during the provision of the
center's services.
