Ohio Admin. Code 3745-20-14 - Standard for insulating materials

No An owner or operator of a facility may shall not install or reinstall on a facility component any insulating materials that contain commercial asbestos if the materials are either molded and friable or wet-applied and friable after drying. The provisions of this rule do not apply to spray-applied insulating materials regulated under rule 3745-20-15 of the Administrative Code.
