Ohio Admin. Code 3745-67-20 - Applicability - surface impoundments

Rules 3745-67-20 to 3745-67-30 3745-67-31 of the Administrative Code apply to owners and operators of facilities that use surface impoundments to treat, store, or dispose of hazardous waste, except as rule 3745-65-01 of the Administrative Code provides otherwise.
