Ohio Admin. Code 3769-14-14 - Refuse pits

Every permit holder shall provide proper and well located boxes or pits for separately receiving stable manure and other refuse, situated well distant from living quarters. Such boxes and pits shall be emptied and their contents entirely removed from the premises of the permit holder daily except Sundays, and the areas sprayed or dusted for insects on a timely routine schedule. each day.
