Ohio Admin. Code 4901:5-1-04 - Conditions for hearing and submission of full forecast report
(A) Conditions for hearing.
(1) Upon a demonstration of good cause by any
interested party, a hearing shall be held pursuant to division (D)(3) of
section 4935.04 of the Revised
Code.
(2) A hearing shall be
required in years in which an integrated resource plan is submitted pursuant to
paragraph (B) of rule
4901:5-5-06 of the
Administrative Code.
(B)
Conditions for submission of a full forecast report.
(1) A full forecast report shall be submitted
in any year in which a hearing is granted.
(2) If the commission issues a letter to a
reporting electric transmission owner or electric utility pursuant to paragraph
(C)(2) of rule
4901:5-5-03 of the
Administrative Code, the reporting utility shall submit a full forecast report
in that year.
(3) In all other
years, electric transmission owners or electric utilities shall file only the
forms specified in Chapter 4901:5-5 of the Administrative Code in satisfying
the requirements of this rule, and gas utilities shall file only the forms
specified in Chapter 4901:5-7 of the Administrative Code.
