Ohio Admin. Code 901:1-19-04 - Testing

Upon notification by the department, to the The owner or bailee of a suspect or positive animal, upon receiving notification by the department or of any animal found infected with or classed positive to a test for Equine Infectious Anemia, said owner or bailee shall, at a time and place designated by the department, stable, confine and present said animal to any duly authorized representative of the department for testing and identification by a : (1) Testing; or (2) Identification by Freeze Branding or such other method as approved by the department.
