Or. Admin. Code § 340-110-0065 - Storage for Disposal
(1) The
provisions of
40 CFR
761.65(c)(7)(ii)
are
replaced by section (2) of this rule.
(2) The owners or operators of any facility
using containers described inCFR 761.65(c)(7)(i)shall prepare and
implement a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plan as
described in 40 CFR Part 112 . In complying with40 CFR Part
112, the owner or operator shall read "oil(s)" as "PCB(s)" whenever it
appears.
