(1)
OAR 441-810-0200 to
441-810-0250 apply to the
practices of a collection agency that enters into an agreement with an obligee
to collect child support payments as provided in ORS
25.020.
(2) For the purposes of OAR
441-810-0200 to
441-810-0250, the term "debtor"
includes the debtor's spouse, parent (if the debtor is a minor), guardian,
executor, or administrator.
