(1)
Paid Leave Oregon staff must safeguard the confidentiality of customer
information collected or obtained and disclose information about the customer
only as authorized by law and as necessary to administer ORS chapter
657B.
(2) Paid Leave Oregon staff
and all other entities or individuals with access to Paid Leave Oregon
information are authorized to access confidential customer information only on
a "need to know" basis.
