Or. Admin. Code § 581-017-0741 - [Effective until 7/15/2025] Intensive Program and Student Success Teams: Funding
(1) The Initial
Allocation will be determined as follows:
(a)
Available funds will be distributed at a rate of $300 / ADMw.
(b) The maximum initial allocation a district
will receive will not exceed $5,000,000.
(c) The minimum initial allocation a district
will receive will not fall below $500,000.
(2) The Total Allocation for the four years
will be determined using a tapered distribution over the course of four
years.
(3) Additional funding for
subsequent years of participation will be determined based on the district's
need to sustain existing initiatives and the available grant-in-aid funds
available for the program.
(4) The
Department will provide additional funds to each participating district on an
annual basis to support collaboration and coordination of the program at the
district level.
(a) The Department will
allocate additional funding to participating districts only if there are
available programmatic funds;
(b)
Each district's funding allocations will be based on a calculation determined
by the Department;
(c) These funds
are in addition to the participating district's Total Allocation;
(d) These funds will be provided for the
duration of the district's participation in the program;
(e) Funds will be allocated annually and
unspent funds will roll-over to the subsequent year;
(f) The participating district shall ensure
that these funds are spent in accordance with federal and state law as well as
Department guidance to support collaboration and coordination; and
(g) These funds are not required to be
approved as a formal recommendation by the Stewarding Body.
(5) With the exception of the
collaboration and coordination funds referenced in
581-017-0741(3),
all remaining funds will be spent in accordance with recommendations from the
Student Success Teams.
